We are looking for individuals who have US based contacts that are business owners or have strong professional networks to join our referral team. If you are looking for a flexible, remote consulting-style opportunity, this would be a good fit for you. Compensation is performance-based, with commission income and ongoing monthly residuals tied to the business relationships you help establish.

CPAs, accountants, and payroll professionals
Bookkeepers and fractional CFOs
Insurance agents and benefits consultants
HR professionals and business advisors
Financial advisors, bankers, and lenders
Real estate professionals and merchant service agents
Consultants, recruiters, and relationship-focused professionals
The Process:
Step 1: You connect with a qualified business owner in your network.
Step 2: You schedule an introductory meeting.
Step 3: Irongate's advisors conduct the consultation and present solutions.
Step 4: Business owner decides to move forward with the program.
Step 5: You earn monthly ongoing commission.
This model works well for people who are comfortable having conversations, enjoy helping business owners solve real problems, and want to build recurring income.
Sales experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided. A health insurance or life insurance license is not required for this position. Your role is to schedule an appointment and introduce qualified business owners to one of Irongate’s professional business advisors, who handle the details and presentation of the program.

Do I need any special license or expertise to explain this?
No. You are not selling insurance or giving financial advice. All program guidance and enrollment is handled exclusively by licensed IronGate professionals. Your expertise is in your network and your ability to make a warm introduction to a valuable solution.
