Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Credit & Refund Specialists ("we") collects through creditandrefund.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, restaurant name, email, phone and message, plus the page you sent it from.
• Partner website requests: the name, email, phone and Restaurant Ignite links a partner submits. Approved partner details are shown publicly on that partner's page.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We store a one-way hash of the IP address with form submissions to limit spam.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, to review and publish partner pages, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your information.

Links to Restaurant Ignite

"Get My Estimate" and "Become a Referral Partner" open Restaurant Ignite's website, which has its own privacy policy. Those links include a referral code so Restaurant Ignite knows who referred you.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies for visitors. If we turn on Facebook advertising measurement, it will load only after you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice.
